Y’see this? This is the muscle anatomy of the human hand. The hand is an incredibly complex, intricate device, and that’s just in the muscle department alone. I repeat, a 13 year old boy was able to replicate this with ease.
But hey, why should we talk about and marvel at Equius’ technical skill, when we can reduce him to nothing more than either fetish joke fuel or Nepeta’s kawaii desu meowrail?
Let’s not forget that he managed to create a pair of legs that served tavros well, and a robot body for Aradia, Oh, and let’s not forget that thanks to his strength issues, he wasn’t able to touch people, but he still wanted to HELP them(even if he was a hemoist asshole)
((DESPITE all the shit he gets, Equius STILL gave Vriska a new arm when she was injured. You may think ‘Ooooh its only because she was a blue blood’. BUT. He also gave Aradia a body, ‘Oh he only did it to force her to love him and control her’. Uh no. He only implanted a ‘stirring’ so she would have feelings for him in return, although it was wrong yes. He did not want to control her. He made her a blue blood for fucks sake. HIS EQUAL. Now Tavros, why would he help such a low blood he barely had any ties with? In Troll culture the weak and injured are expected to be culled or left to die. Equius being such a firm beliver in the hemospectrum STILL helped him by giving him new legs.In fact name the last troll Equius killed. Oh wait.Equius is fucking awesome.))
[ Trufax. Equius is insecure. He’s also a bit of an authority-pushover—which is to say that if Feferi blew too hard Equius would have collapsed to show her how STRONG she was.
Hemoist? Externally. He crushed on a maroonblood, helped Tavros, liked Kanaya, assisted Vriska, even seemed to get along with Karkat—and his best friend, practically his sister was a greenblood!
He abandoned the Hemospectrum about entirely by the time they got to the meteor. Equius is a rad mofo. ]
But who cares about any of that when we can instead reduce his wonderful personality to just being a creepy fetishist or nothing more than Nepeta’s sugoi desu meowrail? :V
